Electronic Medication Administration Record Software Subscription & Training Services

The Contractor shall provide a commercial, vendor-owned, cloud-hosted Electronic Medication Administration Record (eMAR) Software-as-a-Service solution along with comprehensive training services for the California Military Department across four CYCP academy sites in Alameda, California, and surrounding locations including Lathrop, San Luis Obispo, and Los Alamitos, for a three-year term running from on or around June 15, 2026, through June 14, 2029. The scope entails full system deployment, cadet profile management including medical and medication data, integration with existing operations with minimal disruption, and delivery of online training to CMD personnel.
