Subject:          Request for Quotations Number 19SN1026Q0009 Elevator Preventive Maintenance Services at the U.S. Embassy Singapore


Enclosed is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) for the elevator preventive maintenance services at the U.S. Embassy Singapore. If you would like to submit quotation, follow the instructions in Section 3 of the solicitation, complete the required portions of the attached document, and submit it to the address shown on the Standard Form 1449 that follows this letter.



The U.S. Government intends to award a contract to the responsible company submitting an acceptable quotation at the lowest price.  We intend to award a contract based on initial quotations, without holding discussions, although we may hold discussions with companies in the competitive range if necessary.



Please pay attention to the requirement outlined in the DOSAR 652.242-73. This requirement mandates that all offerors possess the necessary licenses and permits to conduct business in Singapore. It is essential to ensure compliance with all Singapore laws and regulations. Specifically, Singapore Tax authorities expect businesses to obtain a tax identification number and fulfill tax obligations. You should review local laws before submitting a quotation.



The Embassy intends to conduct a pre-quotation conference at the Embassy site. The pre-quotation conference will be held on July 02, 2026, 10:30 hours (local time) at the U.S. Embassy Singapore. Prospective quoters should contact Grace Ng at  sgprocurementrfq@state.gov by close of business on June 30, 2026 for additional information or to arrange entry to the building.



Quotations are due by July 28, 2026, 1630hrs (Singapore Time). No quotations will be accepted after this time. Proposals must be in English and incomplete proposals will not be accepted.



Your quotation must be submitted electronically to SGProcurementRFQ@state.gov.  It is important to ensure your submission complies with the file size and format requirements.  Files must be submitted in Microsoft Word (.doc or docx), Microsoft Excel (.xls or .xlsx)or Adobe Acrobat (pdf) format. Each e-mail, including attachments, must not exceed 30MB. If your submission exceeds 30MB, divide it into multiple emails, ensuring that each email (including attachments) is less than 30 MB.
