The Embarcadero Plaza and Sue Bierman Park Renovation Project (Project) would unify two adjacent public spaces into a single, approximately five-acre park at the foot of Market Street, framed by The Embarcadero, Drumm, Washington, and Market Streets. The Project would enhance accessibility, safety, and programming while reconnecting the park to the Bay. The Project would improve the park with a multi-purpose event lawn and performance stage, an enclosed dog play area, outdoor fitness stations, stormwater gardens, expanded seating and picnic areas, interpretive signage, and improved circulation.
