THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE, NOT A REQUEST FOR A QUOTE (RFQ).  A RFQ WILL NOT BE ISSUED AND QUOTES WILL NOT BE REQUESTED.

In accordance with FAR 6.103.1, the Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, intends to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis for:

Emcor Computer Network Racks Quantity of 4.

To manufacturer Emcor, through their only distributor for California, Ward/Davis Associates at 2623 Manhattan Beach Blvd Redondo Beach, CA 90278. Emcor is the only manufacturer capable of providing the specialized in customized enclosures to house extremely hot, high-performance electronics within tight or highly specialized physical spaces. Specifically, Emcor is unique in utilizing 14-gauge steel to meet these demanding structural and thermal requirements. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; no solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 4:00pm PST 6/17/26. The written response shall reference solicitation number N68936-26-SIMACQ-D550000/E550000-0272 and must provide a clear and concise capability statement to show the ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability and schedule.
