In accordance with FAR 6.103.1, the Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, intends to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis for:

To manufacturer Emcor, through their only distributor for California, Ward/Davis Associates at 2623 Manhattan Beach Blvd Redondo Beach, CA 90278. Emcor is the only manufacturer capable of providing the specialized in customized enclosures to house extremely hot, high-performance electronics within tight or highly specialized physical spaces. Specifically, Emcor is unique in utilizing 14-gauge steel to meet these demanding structural and thermal requirements. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES; no solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement no later than 4:00pm PST 6/17/26.  The written response shall reference solicitation number N68936-26-SIMACQ-D550000/E550000-0272 and must provide a clear and concise capability statement to show the ability to perform the required work without compromising the quality, accuracy, reliability and schedule.  Written responses to this notice shall be submitted to email:  Amy Lamberth amy.s.lamberth.civ@us.navy.mil
