Nature of Requirements:
Public Service and Procurement Canada (PSPC) Real Property Services (RPS) has a requirement for the supply and delivery diesel fuel for generators at varying quantities, to multiple federal government facilities within the National Capital Area (NCA), on an urgent and as-and-when required basis (24 hours a day, 7 days a week), during emergency situations and for a period of 2 years from Standing Offer issue date.
The resulting RISO will only be used as an alternate source of diesel fuel for generators in government of Canada facilities, during emergency situations, within the NCA.
The RISO may also be used to supply diesel fuel for generators in Canada-owned facilities within the NCA during emergency situations where the location is not covered under any other Mandatory Fuel Standing Offer, such as, but not limited to, Diesel Fuel, Automotive Gasoline, and Heating Fuel Oil NMSO (#E60HL-210020).
The intent is to issue up to five (5) Standing Offers for each province, Ontario and Quebec, covering the National Capital Area, for a total of up to ten (10) Standing Offers, as a result of this Solicitation. The Request for Standing Offers (RFSO) is to establish Regional Individual Standing Offers for the supply and delivery of the requirement as detailed in the RFSO.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
