Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), on behalf of the Government of Canada, is proceeding with the issuance of a Request for Supply Arrangement (RFSA) refresh to allow additional suppliers to qualify under the existing Supply Arrangement. This refresh includes the introduction of an additional intake under a second stream of qualified Indigenous suppliers, which will be used for competitive bidding and contract awards in accordance with the Set-Aside Program for Indigenous Business. The full Request for Proposal (RFP) and all attachments can only be accessed and downloaded when logged into your SAP Ariba account and after completing your Government of Canada supplier profile. The goods and services covered by this Supply Arrangement are limited to Canadian goods and services. This procurement is subject to the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA).
