The purpose and intent of this term contract is to secure firm pricing for bulk, gallon, and quart engine oil, lubricants, and other automotive fluids for six consecutive months, on an as-needed basis.
1. All bidders shall supply complete specification sheets on the product(s) they are bidding; 2. All bidders are required, upon request, to submit samples on all items bid for testing purposes; and, 3. The prices offered must include shipping and delivery.
Prior to the release of this Invitation to Bid (ITB), a review of State of Florida purchasing agreements and state term contracts available under §287.056, Fla. Stat. (2025) was conducted to determine if their use would be economically advantageous to the District.
