The City of Bellingham (City) is seeking Request for Qualifications (RFQ) to provide Engineering Support and Development Review services for development guidelines and improvement standards (DGIS) updates, development review, permit review, and drafting support.
The City invites all interested parties to respond to this (RFQ) by submitting their Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) relating to this category of work. All prospective consultants are advised that any federally funded project work will be held to federal Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) requirements. Disadvantaged, minority and women-owned consultant firms are encouraged to respond
SUBMITTAL
All Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) shall be received no later than 11:00 a.m., October 20, 2026. Late or misdirected (SOQ) will not be considered. The City invites all interested parties to respond to this RFQ by submitting their Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) documents on the City website at https://cob.procureware.com/. Questions can be addressed to the Purchasing Office by email to Bids@cob.org.
