This opportunity is available only to contractors under GSA Schedule 70 Information Technology Equipment Software and Services Special Identification Numbers (SIN) 132-32, 132-33, 132-34 and 132-51. GSA Task Order: 4QAG75109425R This notice is to advise all prospective IT Schedule Holders, for 132-32, 132-33,132-34 and 132-51, that GSA has received a request for a Time and Material task order for the Enhanced San Antonio Immunization Registry System (eSAIRS) project in San Antonio, TX. The San Antonio Metropolitan Health District Immunization Program, hereafter referred to as the SAMHD, seeks to replace its current Immunization Information System (IIS). The primary goal of this project will be to use Commercial Off the Shelf items to provide non-severable services to establish and maintain an immunization registry that will manage the most complete immunization records that are accurate, up-to-date and complete - with all information pertaining to each individual consolidated into one non-duplicative history. A complete replacement of the current SAIRS solution with an IIS solution that would provide the capabilities and functionality utilizing current technology and best practices in order to provide immunization and registry services to providers and recipients in the local community. This will allow SAMHD Immunization Program to capitalize on the various features in an enhanced new system for the current San Antonio registry to include the HL7 interface protocol. The final objective after successful completion of eSAIRS installation, data migration and customization is an immunization system with an operating environment that is secure, highly available and reliable, and utilized by trained staff. Wherever possible, the tasks will be defined and implemented in a manner that limits the disruption to end users. The services in this Task Order do not require the contractor to perform inherently governmental functions.
