Entercom General Plan Amendment, Community Plan (Specific Plan) Amendment, Tentative Subdivision Map, and Abandonment

The current proposal, PLNP2025-00044, includes the following entitlement requests: 1. A Special Development Permit to allow the proposed project to deviate from the following development standards: a. Minimum Rear Yard (Section 5.4.2.C, Table 5.7.C): 20 percent of the average lot depth. The applicant proposes a 15-foot rear yard for RD-7 lots developed with home model 3 (1668). 2. A Design Review Amendment to determine substantial compliance with the Sacramento County Countywide Design Guidelines (Design Guidelines).
