Enterprise Messaging, Collaboration, Authentication and Office 365 Services Support 24x7

This contract extends the existing Task Order 36C10B26N10260047 under the T4NG contract VA118-16-D-1026 for an additional 60 days, from June 11, 2026, to August 10, 2026, to ensure uninterrupted operations of the Enterprise Messaging, Collaboration, Authentication, and Office 365 Services Support system. The extension is a sole-source action justified under FAR 16.507-6(b)(2) and 41 U.S.C. 4106(c)(1) due to a protest stay that blocks competitive award of the follow-on contract, leaving ProSphere Tek, Inc. as the only vendor capable of maintaining mission-critical 24x7x365 support for Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Azure RMS, Active Directory, Intune, PKI, eDiscovery, and secure B2B integrations with external agencies. The total contract value is $2,294,617.80, funded under existing appropriations, with performance focused on the Department of Veterans Affairs’ centralized IT operations in Washington, D.C., though services support VA facilities nationwide. The contractor is required to ensure continuous system availability, compliance with VA security and accessibility standards, and timely resolution of user incidents without disruption to Veteran-facing services, including disability and pension claim processing. No line-item pricing breakdowns, packaging requirements, or inspection criteria beyond VA operational mandates are provided, and the contract does not include formal evaluation factors, subcontracting plans, or socioeconomic certifications from the contractor. All administrative functions, including invoicing and service requests, are managed through internal VA systems such as ServiceNow, with point of contact for inquiries being Daniel Schlisserman of the Technology Acquisition Center in Eatontown, New Jersey.
