The City of Rogers is requesting Statements of Qualifications from firms who are interested in performing live event booking and promotion services for the City of Rogers. Live event booking and promotion firms shall demonstrate in the Statement of Qualifications the firm's successful experience working with national and/or international touring acts as well as local and regional performers. Live event booking and promotion firms should provide examples of the variety of artists and venues they have programmed and cultivated relationships with. Up to six (6) qualified firms will be selected to book and promote one to three (1-3) events each at the Victory Theater and possibly other City performance venues, as deemed best qualified based on the performers of interest to the City. Demonstrated expertise in timely pre-show coordination and smooth and efficient day-of-show execution is essential.
