AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by October 10, 2024 by 2:00PM EDT. All bids submitted after 2:00PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. PSPC is accountable for efficiently managing real property assets. In addressing this mandate, PSPC undertakes evaluations of its real property inventory and has a need for a Level 2 (L2) Building Condition Report with detailed technical and financial information to American Society for Testing and Materials (ASTM) UNIFORMAT II – E1557-09 (R2015), Level 4 for the base buildings and for base building systems which impact laboratory systems/equipment to be developed.This RFP details the Required Services necessary to deliver a Building Condition Report (BCR) over a 25-year life cycle and related studies, including Assessments, Seismic Screening, Criticality Assessment, Facility Condition Index (FCI) Scenario Analysis, and 25 year requirements list for the Green Hangar building and site (including Lots 3-67, 3-68, 3-69, and partially Lot 3-66) located in Inuvik, Northwest Territories. A Climate Risk and Vulnerability Assessment (CRiVA) report for the Green Hangar Site is also a requirement of this RFP.
