Also, EPA will be utilizing procedures under FAR PART 14 Sealed Bidding and the North American Industry Classification Standard (NAIC) code 562910. Therefore, the purpose of the FedBizOpps announcement is to notify bidders of EPA's requirement and to direct interested parties to the EPA's Business Opportunities with EPA Internet World Wide Website at http://www.epa.gov/oam/region/index.htm where the IFB will be posted on or about August 1, 2008 with bids due September 1, 2008. As it becomes available, information regarding this procurement will be posted athttp://www.epa.gov/oam/region/index.htm. In an effort to streamline communication to the maximum extent possible, the subject IFB, amendments and other related items for this procurement will be posted at this same site.
