The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Ashland, intends to issue a solicitation 15B10227Q00000004 for the requirements of: QUARTERLY CERTIFIED HALAL MEALS, FOB Destination, delivery dates will begin October 01, 2026, through August 14, 2026. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution, Ashland, PO BOX 888, State Route 716, Ashland, KY 41105. The contract type is a Firm-Fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make a formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offer(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher than past performance. The solicitation will be made available on or about August 6, 2026, and will be posted to the https://beta.sam.gov/. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up to date information about this solicitation. The Bids are due no later August 14, 2026 at 12:00pm est.  Delivery will not be accepted before October 1, 2026.  Payments will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or via Government Purchase Card for awards of $15,000.00 or less. Each offer is required per FAR 52.212‑3 to complete their representations and certifications via the On-line Representation and Certification Applications (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov. You must include a letter of Halal certification with your bid.
