FDC Philadelphia 1st Quarter FY19 Dairy Products

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 15B21718Q00000016 and this solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation is for First Quarter Dairy Products, FY 2019. For a list, description and total quantities of all items refer to the line items listed on the SF1449. This solicitation is a 100% small business set aside. The NAICS for this requirement is 311511. The items in this solicitation are to be awarded as ALL OR NONE. If all of the items cannot be provided, the offer will not be considered. The quantities are estimates only for the benefit of the offer for, and in no way is to be construed as precise requirement, nor constitute a BOP guarantee. Please take note of the delivery schedule, if the vendor cannot adhere to the delivery schedule please do not provide a quote to be considered. Offers will be FOB destination (no fuel surcharges will be accepted) with delivery October 1, 2018 through December 31, 2018. Any items shipped prior or after will be returned at vendor's expense. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Detention Center, 700 Arch Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19106, in accordance with the delivery schedule contained in the solicitation. The contract type will be a firm and fixed price. The Government will award to the responsible offer whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be most advantageous to the Government. Past performance and price will be considered. The date and time for receipt of quotes is September 19, 2018 at 4:00 PM EST. Faith based organizations and Community based organizations have the right to submit offers equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which will be considered. Offer must indicate solicitation number 15B21718Q00000016, time specified for receipt of offer, name, address and telephone number of offer, technical description of the items being offered in sufficient detail to evaluate compliance with the requirements in the solicitation, terms of any expressed warranty, price and any discount terms.
