The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Detention Center Philadelphia, intends to issue solicitation 15B21726Q00000006 for the acquisition of subsistence food, milk and bread products. This shall be a requirements type contract with firm fixed pricing, FOB Destination with full delivery by SEPTEMBER 16, 2026. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Detention Center, 700 Arch Street, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19106. The Government reserves the right to award to responsible vendor(s) whose offer conforms to the solicitation and is considered to be the most advantageous to the Government. Past performance will be considered approximately equal in value to price. Past Performance (poor past performance, failure to deliver awarded items in the past, not meeting required specifications, etc.), may result with the vendors quotes being considered as a non-responsible vendor. Please include shipping in all pricing. PLEASE READ THE COVER LETTER AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS ON SUBMITTING YOUR OFFER PROPERLY. The solicitation will be made available on or about MAY 12, 2026 and will be posted to the General Services Administration Federal Business Opportunities website www.SAM.gov.
