The County is seeking proposals for qualified vendors to perform construction services for Structure Elevation at the address 20349 Nanticoke Drive, Nanticoke , MD to elevate the residential structure two feet above the base flood elevation (BFE plus 2 feet) and constructing the foundation per the documents contained in this Solicitation. The Work consists of elevating the lowest finished floor elevation to a height of at least two (2) feet above BFE, Construct the foundation, and then lowering the building onto the new foundation/pier(s). The Vendor shall furnish all equipment, tools, materials, labor, and incidentals necessary to complete the project, within the time period specified, and in accordance with the Solicitation documents, under a grant funded program.
