The work consists of, but is not limited to: Elevate and temporarily support the existing structure, construct new foundation footings and walls where shown, backfill existing crawlspace, provide lintels for foundation wall openings, disconnect, relocate, extend and reconnect existing utilities and mechanical equipment, install flood vents, provide access to the elevated structure, and restore all disturbed areas and landscaping.
