The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) Depot Division located in Regina, Saskatchewan has a requirement for the supply and delivery of various types of Filters for facility maintenance of Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) system on as and when requested basis., in accordance with the specifications detailed herein. The period of the Standing Offer will be for a 3-year period from date of Standing Offer Issuance, with the option to extend the Standing Offer for two additional 1-year periods. Delivery must be completed in accordance with the call-up against the Standing Offer. Policy on Reciprocal Procurement This solicitation for offers is open only to Canadian Suppliers and to Suppliers of an applicable trading partner Basis of selection: An offer must comply with the requirements of the Request for Standing Offer and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive offer with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for issuance of a Standing Offer. Tenders must be submitted to the RCMP Bid Receiving Unit at: Email/Courriel: NWR_Procurement_Bids@rcmp-grc.gc.ca Refer to the attached tender documents to obtain further information. Canada retains the right to negotiate with any supplier on any procurement. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
