OPWDD is seeking Fire Alarm and Fire Sprinkler Inspection, Testing, Maintenance,Remedial Repairs, Emergency Service Calls, and Repairs Statewide with the intent toprovide a single award for each of the following Lots and service listed below.OPWDD is required to provide Fire Alarm inspections/testing and maintenanceservices as directed by the National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 72 and FireSprinkler inspections/testing and maintenance services as directed by NFPA 25 for allsites. Lot 1A - New York City and Long Island Fire Alarm – Lot 1A will provide Fire AlarmSystems Inspection, Testing, Maintenance, Remedial Repairs, Emergency ServiceCalls, and Repairs service for Bronx, Kings, Nassau, New York, Queens, Richmond,and Suffolk counties.
