The Wisconsin Department of Veterans Affairs (WDVA), Wisconsin Veterans Home at King (WVH-K), requests Bids for the purchase Milk and Dairy Products. The WVH-K intends to use the results of this process to award up to two (2) Contracts (one (1) Contract for Group 1 and one (1) Contract for Group 2 outlined below).
This RFB has been structured into two (2) groups: Group 1: Fluid Milk, Fluid Milk Products (such as: 2% Milk, Nonfat Milk, Buttermilk, Cream) Group 2: Ice Cream and Related Products (such as: Ice Cream Cups, Frozen Yogurt Cups)
Bid costs shall include all packing, freight, insurance charges and installation/operation manuals. Failure to Bid FOB DESTINATION, FREIGHT PREPAID AND ALLOWED in the Bid cost or discount shall disqualify the Bid. See RFB Mandatory Requirements Section 3.3 ORDER AND DELIVERY REQUIREMENTS.
