The Reservoir would be located on Grizzly Gulch, a tributary of Clear Creek, on U.S. Forest Service land near the Gray's & Torrey's Peaks Trailhead pursuant to a Special Use Permit. The County storage right is decreed for one fill and one refill annually, with stored water being available for reuse to extinction.
