The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Metropolitan Detention Center Guaynabo, at Cata'o, Puerto Rico, intends to issue solicitation RFQ30605-007-9, for the procurement of: 3rd Quarter, Fiscal Year 2009 FOOD ITEMS. This solicitation is restricted to 100% Small Business, FOB Destination, delivery dates will begin April 27, 2009 through June 30, 2009, (with exact dates shown withing the solicitation). Deliveries will be made to the Metropolitan Detention Center Guaynabo, 652 on Road 28, Cata'o, Puerto Rico 00962-5700 (787-749-4480 Ext 7896). The contract type is a Firm-Fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple award. The Government will award to the responsible offeror(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be the most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher than past performance.
