Funding is sourced from Fiscal Year 2026 Operation and Maintenance, Navy (OPN) funds, though the precise contract value is redacted and no CLIN or pricing details are disclosed. The contract is structured as a Firm Fixed Price arrangement, with all inspection and acceptance occurring at the performance site in Norfolk under the oversight of government technical personnel from NAVSEA and MARMC. No contract clauses, evaluation factors, packaging requirements, or offeror certifications are explicitly detailed in the provided documentation, reflecting the urgency-driven nature of the acquisition and the limited public disclosure of sensitive operational details.
