Cancellation Notice for Solicitation W51H7226QA009
Solicitation # W51H7226QA009
Solicitation W51H7226QA009 was issued by the Department of the Army, specifically the Mission Installation Contracting Command at Fort Bragg, to provide Defense Travel System (DTS) administration and technical support for Headquarters, U.S. Army Central (USARCENT) at Shaw AFB, South Carolina. The requirement is an 8(a) set-aside under NAICS 541611, consisting of a 10-day transition period, one base year, and three option years, not to exceed 54 months. The scope of work involves providing two full-time equivalents—a Lead DTA and a DTA—to manage system configurations, provide technical troubleshooting, and ensure compliance with Joint Travel Regulations and DoD travel policies. Performance is measured through a Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan focusing on inquiry responsiveness, technical review accuracy, and routing list maintenance. The solicitation required a four-volume proposal submission including technical capability, a transition plan, past performance, and pricing. Pricing was structured as monthly fixed-price for core roles and hourly fixed-price for surge support. Security requirements are stringent, requiring all personnel to maintain a final Secret security clearance and the company to hold a valid Facility Security Clearance. However, this solicitation has been canceled by the government due to a significant change in the scope of the requirement. No award will be made under this notice, and a new solicitation reflecting the revised requirements is expected to be issued via SAM.gov.
