FPCM-SVSP-I001020-103-KM COMPLETE ROOFING SYSTEM

The California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation is soliciting bids for a material-only purchase of complete roofing systems for Buildings 461 and 420 at Salinas Valley State Prison. The scope includes the procurement of 80 mil adhered white PVC thermoplastic roofing membranes with factory-applied felt backing, XPS tapered insulation, membrane flashings, fasteners, anchors, and protection walk pads. Additionally, the supplier must provide cladded sheet metal in 4 by 10 foot sheets, snap-on coping metal, and necessary adhesives and sealants. The state will handle all installation.
