Freelance Photographers

Clemson University is soliciting bids for freelance photographers to provide professional imagery services on an as-needed basis. This IDIQ-style arrangement establishes a pool of qualified suppliers who will be contacted for assignments such as events and student headshots. The contract allows for new suppliers to be added in January and June of each year, provided they meet the specified requirements. Applicants must submit their proposals electronically via the university's online bidding system, including a cost proposal and at least five professional work samples. Award decisions are based on a low-price technically acceptable methodology, prioritizing responsive and responsible bidders who meet baseline pricing. Contractors must adhere to standard university terms of purchase, maintain specific insurance coverages, and comply with South Carolina tax withholding laws for nonresidents.
