This is a pre-solicitation notice for planning purposes only. U.S. Embassy Algiers intends to solicit quotations from Air Algerie Freight Handling and Storage Services. This procurement is being conducted as a sole source acquisition based on a signed Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition (JOFOC).
