NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT (NPP) Request For Standing Offers (RFSO) number: 1000254644 This request for standing offers addresses the requirement of the Department of Indigenous Services Canada (ISC). DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT. French and English language training :To meet its obligation under the Official Languages Act and better fulfil its responsibility with respect to language training, ISC is seeking the services of multiple Second Language Training service providers. This training will be offered virtually. QUALIFICATION An Offeror, including related entities, can submit Offers in response to this RSFO. SECURITY REQUIREMENTS There is no security requirements associated with this solicitation. LOCATION OF WORK Online Across Canada DURATION OF STANDING OFFER It is intended to result in the award of up to three (14) Standing Offers (SOs). The initial period for making Call-ups against the Standing Offer is three years from the Standing Offer Award date, plus two (2) of one-year irrevocable option periods, under the same conditions. STANDING OFFERS VALUE The value of 14 Standing Offers is estimated at $5,000,000.00, applicable taxes are Extra. EVALUATION PROCESS AND SELECTION METHODOLOGY Only standing offers that meet the mandatory requirements and whose financial proposals are within 15% (+ or -) of the median price will be considered.
