Fundraising Feasibility Study

The Texas A&M University System and Texas A&M-Fort Worth, in collaboration with The Texas A&M Foundation, are soliciting proposals under RFP-01-TAMFW-26-286 for a fundraising feasibility study to support the Texas A&M-Fort Worth Capital Campaign. The selected firm will conduct a comprehensive assessment of campaign readiness, which includes reviewing strategic plans and donor data, performing 40 to 75 confidential interviews with key stakeholders, and evaluating organizational capacity. Key deliverables include a written feasibility study report, a recommended campaign goal range, a preliminary gift table, and an executive presentation to leadership. The estimated performance period is three to four months following contract execution, with an anticipated award date of October 9, 2026. Proposals are due by September 10, 2026, and must be submitted as two separate PDF files containing required forms and a technical and cost proposal. The contract is expected to have a value of $100,000 or more, necessitating a subcontracting plan with a 2% VetHUB goal. Award decisions will be based on the best value, considering proposed costs, qualifications, experience, and the ability to meet the specific needs of Texas A&M-Fort Worth. The agreement is governed by Texas law and requires compliance with the Texas Prompt Payment Act for monthly invoicing, as well as strict adherence to state certifications regarding conflicts of interest and delinquent child support obligations.
