U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price Task Order to Blue Skies Furniture for Furniture Fixtures and Equipment Package (FF&E) and all associated project management services to procure and deliver the required furniture for WPAFB, OH AFRL Building 79 Renovation Project.


This is a written notice to inform the public of the Government's intent to award on a sole source basis pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation FAR 8.405-6(b).  


U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District intends to award a sole source Firm Fixed Price Task Order. This re­quirement is to provide additional panel systems workstations, tables, and chairs for the areas of Building 79 undergoing renovation, rooms 168 and 171, that is from the same manufacturer and line as the existing furniture that will remain in Building 79 post-renovation, which is Inscape/Office Specialty panel system workstations from Blue Skies Furniture.


THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Interested firms may submit information that indi­cates their ability to satisfy this require­ment. All responsible sources may submit a response which if timely received, will be considered by the Agency.


The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this requirement is 337214.


Any capability statements, proposals, or quotations must be submitted to Alyson Klinglesmith via email at alyson.m.klinglesmith@usace.army.mil no later than 10:00 AM Eastern Time (ET), 23 August 2026. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed acquisition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
