Furniture Renovation Project

The U.S. Embassy in Bogotá, Colombia, is soliciting offers for the procurement, delivery, and installation of all office furniture under the HSI Office Renovation Project, identified by solicitation number PR16101192. This is a firm fixed price contract issued as a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items in accordance with FAR 12.6, open to all responsible sources with no set-aside applied. Offerors must demonstrate a minimum of five years of verifiable experience in government-funded furniture installations and meet all technical compliance requirements without exception. Key personnel requirements include a bilingual English/Spanish project manager with decision-making authority and three years of experience, and a full-time on-site installation supervisor with five years of experience.
