Bids must be submitted electronically through the PlanetBids Bid Management System, and only those transmitting successfully with a time-stamped confirmation number will be considered; no alternative submission methods are accepted, and bidders bear full responsibility for ensuring their systems, internet connectivity, and familiarity with the platform meet all technical requirements. The solicitation number is 1996, with a response deadline of May 27, 2026, and the NAICS code for this procurement is 423840, indicating it falls under Wholesale Trade of Agricultural Supplies.
