This acquisition is being conducted using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with RFO Part 13.*****This project is a Total Small Business Set-Aside under NAICS code 237120 (Oil and Gas Pipeline and Related Structures Construction), which carries a small business size standard of $45,000,000.00. *****The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies, tools, and equipment necessary to complete the construction project located at J. Edward Roush Lake Dam in Huntington, Indiana (Zip Code: 46750). The required work is structured under two primary Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Contract Line Items (CLINs): *****CLIN 0001 (Base) - Replace Diesel Tank Fill Tube: Safe removal of the existing ~20-foot-long fuel fill tube located on a sloped embankment.
