The 346the AEW in Puerto Rico requires the rental, delivery, and maintenance of eleven (11) diesel-powered material handling and lifting assets at Jose Aponte Airport and Muniz Air National Guard Base. Please see attached Statement of Work (SOW) for further details.


  • All questions concerning this solicitation must be submitted to both Points of Contact no later than 22 July 2026 at 11:00 AM EST. Any inquiries submitted past this deadline will not be accepted. Answers to these questions will be posted on this page no later than 23 July 2026.
