FY26 OCTO Logo Shirts

The District of Columbia's Office of the Chief Technology Officer is seeking a contractor to provide 1,200 Dri-Fit short and long sleeve logo shirts for employees, split between men's and women's styles. The contractor must coordinate designs, quantities, and specifications directly with Human Capital Management staff and deliver the items in bundle packages to the OCTO office in Washington, D.C. All supplies must be delivered within 10 calendar days of the purchase order issuance, with a final completion deadline of September 30, 2026. Subcontracting for this requirement is prohibited. The contract requires the submission of a Form W-9 and a PASS Master Supplier Form for vendor registration. Payment will be issued within 30 days of receiving a proper invoice. The District maintains strict quality standards, requiring new materials of the highest grade and reserving the right to inspect supplies during manufacture and before acceptance. Nonconforming supplies must be cured within 10 days of notification. Additionally, the contractor must comply with the Buy American Act, the District of Columbia Human Rights Act, and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, while maintaining absolute confidentiality regarding District employee and customer information.
