IMPACT: Lack of regular preventive maintenance of diesel generator will shorten its economic life or will lead to total equipment breakdown. Diesel generator #3 is one of the generators providing power to the entire San Nicolas Island. Failure of one or more generators, power supply is at risk of increased disruption impacting mission critical facilities such Pacific Missile Test Range, NAWCWD-MRTFB, & Air Operations. 5. DETAIL DESCRIPTION OF WORK: Description: Cummins Generator, Diesel, Gen-3, 1250KW Asset Number: UMA454000093 Location: SANNIC-114SNI INFADS: NFA00000578965 A. Contractor to provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, material, and equipment required to provide for Maintenance Support Services in accordance with attachment J-1502000-04 (STANDARD LEVEL OF SERVICE FOR SNI POWERHOUSE FOR RUNNING TIME BASIS). B. Contractor shall Perform Powerhouse 20,000-Hour Running Time Service for diesel engine generator set #3 (CUMMINS) in accordance with Attachment J-1502000-04. C.
