The Government of the District of Columbia ("District"), Child and Family Services Agency (CFSA) seeks a qualified contractor to provide Support, Opportunity, Unity and Legal (SOUL) relationships coaching and support services to youth ages 16-21 years of age, pursuing the CFSA SOUL permanency goal. The services are intended to assist youth with consistent guidance, skill development and relational support as they build permanent SOUL families.
