Interested parties are invited to submit expressions of interest by June 11, 2026, with an expected occupancy date of June 19, 2027. Key contacts for inquiries and submissions include Edward "Teddy" Seifert, with support from GSA’s Lease Contracting Officer Michael Sianan and Senior Project Manager Robin Riley.
