Generator Annual Service

Lewis County is seeking a qualified firm for a five-year contract to provide annual Level I and Level II servicing for 16 county-owned backup generator systems, including units from Onan, Cummins, Kohler, and Olympian. The scope of work requires two services per year, with Level I Minor Preventive Maintenance involving fluid checks and operational integrity verification via Automatic Transfer Switches. All services must adhere to manufacturer recommendations, industry best practices, and applicable federal and state laws, including OSHA and New York State Labor Laws.
