The City of Clermont is seeking a qualified operator through RFP 27-003 to lease and manage a professional street-legal golf cart rental business at Victory Pointe, a ten-acre urban park in Downtown Clermont. The primary goal is to enhance multimodal connectivity for residents and visitors. The successful operator must ensure that at least 80 percent of their fleet consists of street-legal golf carts, with the remaining 20 percent allowed for ancillary electric mobility rentals such as scooters and bicycles. All vehicles must comply with legal registration and safety requirements and are strictly prohibited from operating on the South Lake Trail or other restricted park areas.
