Golf Cart Rental Operations at Victory Pointe

The City of Clermont is seeking qualified operators through RFP 27-003 to lease and manage street-legal golf cart rental operations at Victory Pointe, a ten-acre urban park in Downtown Clermont. The selected contractor will be responsible for the full customer lifecycle, including reservations and vehicle maintenance, while promoting local destinations. A critical requirement is that at least 80% of the rental fleet must consist of golf carts, and all vehicles must be legally permitted for use on public roads. In exchange for the right to occupy the identified office space and conduct business, the operator must remit 10% of gross sales to the City on a monthly basis, accompanied by verifiable sales reports. The contract features an initial term of three years with the City holding the option to renew for up to three additional twelve-month periods.
