Airsides 1 & 3 Pond Dredging (BP-00516)

The Greater Orlando Aviation Authority is soliciting bids for the rehabilitation of stormwater management ponds at Airsides 1 and 3 of the Orlando International Airport. The project focuses on restoring the designed and permitted capacity of ponds E0403B, E0604, E0705, E0806, E0907, E1008, and E14 through the removal of accumulated sediment and the restoration of pond embankments, side slopes, and depths. This timeline includes a 60-day submittal period where no on-site work is permitted without authorization. Qualified bidders must have completed at least two similar pond dredging projects within the last five years and provide proof of bondability for 100 percent of the contract sum. Requirements include high-limit insurance coverage for general liability, automobile, professional, and pollution liability, as well as the execution of non-disclosure agreements regarding sensitive security information.
