The California Department of Fish and Wildlife has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement EPIMS Notification No. EPIMS-SHA-57413-R1, pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to Dan Lockwood. The project is limited to the installation of four 18-inch culverts on four different unnamed streams with lengths of 60 feet, 80 feet, 95 feet and 125 feet. Armoring on the upstream end will be Caltrans Class 1 (6 minus) riprap extending up the fill slope to an elevation of 12 above the top of the pipe and extending to each side 18 from the pipe. The downstream end the of the culvert will have Caltrans Class 1 (6 minus) riprap on the flow line of the stream bed extending from 12 inches upstream from the end of the culvert to 6 feet downstream from the end of the culvert pipe. The riprap will extend to each side of the culvert 18"
