Grand Jury and Deposition Court Reporting Services

The United States Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of Kentucky is seeking court reporting and transcription services for Grand Jury and deposition proceedings under an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) and Time and Materials (T&M) contract with a base year running from July 15, 2026, to July 14, 2027, and four optional one-year extension periods extending through July 14, 2031. The contract is a total small business set-aside under NAICS code 561492, and only small businesses may respond. Proposals must be submitted by June 29, 2026, and must be organized into four distinct volumes covering proposed key personnel, past performance, summary of experience, and pricing, with strict formatting rules including limits on page length and prohibitions against asterisks or comments on pricing pages. Physical shipments of transcripts and media must ensure package integrity, use automated in-transit tracking, be hand-delivered to uniformed delivery personnel, and must never use external collection boxes; the receipt signature must never be waived.
