The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, intends to award a sole-source, firm fixed-price contract for annual support renewals of Green Hills Software, with no competitive solicitation to be issued. This action is justified under FAR 6.103.1 because the software is proprietary and exclusively supplied by Green Hills Software, making it the only vendor capable of providing the required support without compromising quality, accuracy, reliability, or schedule. The contract is for a single lot of support renewals, and only Green Hills Software, located at 30 West Sola Street, Santa Barbara, CA 93101, is eligible to fulfill this requirement due to its unique and non-transferable technical entitlements. Interested parties may submit written responses indicating their capability to meet the requirement by 10 AM PST on August 7, 2026, referencing solicitation number N6893626SIMACQD520000E5200000209, but no quotations will be solicited or accepted beyond this notice. All respondents must maintain an active registration in SAM.gov, as awards cannot be made to entities without current active SAM status, and processing may take 10 to 15 days. Contractors must also be certified through the Defense Logistics Information Services to access Controlled Unclassified Information, with access restricted to a single designated Data Custodian per CAGE code listed on the DD 2345 form, which must be approved prior to any CUI access requests. Responses must be emailed to Andrea M. Farrell at andrea.m.farrell7.civ@us.navy.mil, and additional inquiries can be directed to Markelle R. Griffin.

Software License Subscription Renewal and Support Services
Solicitation # 19TH2026Q0057
The U.S. Department of State, through the US Embassy Bangkok, is soliciting quotations for the renewal of software licenses and associated support services under solicitation number 19TH2026Q0057, with a submission deadline of August 6, 2026, at 12:00 PM Bangkok local time. The procurement follows a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation approach, meaning the contract will be awarded to the responsible offeror submitting the lowest-priced quotation that meets all technical and compliance requirements. All submissions must be made electronically in Adobe Acrobat PDF format, with individual files not exceeding 25MB; larger submissions must be split into multiple emails each under this limit. Proposals must be in English and include complete responses to the required Cybersecurity Supply Chain Risk Management (C-SCRM) Questionnaire, which mandates compliance with specific NIST SP 800-53 controls including SR-7, SA-4, IR-8, SR-9, and others related to supply chain integrity, system monitoring, incident response, physical access, and personnel screening. Offerors must be currently registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to submission, as required by FAR 4.1102, and failure to do so will result in disqualification. The place of performance is listed as Washington, DC, though the services are intended to support operations at the US Embassy Bangkok. No specific contract value, pricing data, or period of performance details are provided in the solicitation. Questions regarding the RFQ must be submitted in writing in English by July 27, 2026, to the designated contracting officer, Ramon Menendez-Carreira, at BangkokGSOProcurement@state.gov. Kronos Mission Catalyst Day 2
Solicitation # FA8806-26-S-0001
The Kronos Family of Systems Commercial Solutions Opening (CSO) is a rolling competitive solicitation issued by the Space Systems Command under solicitation number FA8806-26-S-0001 to identify and acquire innovative prototype technologies and services that support the operational command and control mission for space. The CSO operates through a series of phased calls against multiple Areas of Interest (AOIs), with the first call opening in July 2026 and subsequent calls staggered through early 2027, enabling industry to submit solutions on a continual basis. Proposals must be submitted electronically during designated AOI windows, and only submissions received within these periods will be evaluated. The solicitation is structured around a two-phase process: Phase I requires a white paper and a quad chart, with strict formatting rules including a five-page limit and 10 MB file size constraint, while invited offerors proceed to Phase II with a comprehensive proposal including a technical volume, statement of work, and a detailed, editable Excel pricing model. Evaluation is based on technical merit, integration feasibility, and price, using a trade-off approach rather than lowest price technically acceptable, with awards anticipated primarily through Other Transaction Agreements (OTAs) but potentially via FAR-based contracts when appropriate. The government does not guarantee funding or awards, and all proposals are subject to availability of funds, with the authority to fund partial or no proposals. Offerors must comply with strict cybersecurity standards including NIST SP 800-171 and DFARS requirements, submit an Organizational Conflict of Interest mitigation plan if applicable, and affirm their Unique Entity ID and CAGE code, along with business size and socioeconomic status. All submissions must be unclassified, and proprietary information must be clearly marked. The government reserves the right to modify, accelerate, delay, or cancel any AOI or call without notice, and participation in one AOI does not guarantee consideration in others. Performance is expected to occur in El Segundo, California, with prototypes typically lasting six months following award. Follow-on production is possible under 10 U.S.C. § 4022(f) if the prototype proves successful, funding is available, and a future acquisition strategy is approved. Foreign participation is permitted but subject to ITAR, EAR, and national security reviews, and vendors subject to Foreign Ownership, Control, or Influence must disclose such status and may be required to obtain additional certifications. The process is designed to foster rapid innovation, incentivize commercial solutions, and maintain flexibility in contracting

Poly (lauryl methacrylate) material
Solicitation # N6893626SIMACQD550000E5500000337
The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, intends to award a sole-source firm fixed price contract to Scientific Polymer Products, Inc. for 500 pounds of custom poly(lauryl methacrylate) with a molecular weight of 200,000–250,000, delivered as approximately a 30% solution in ethyl acetate. Market research has confirmed that this specific polymer-grade material is only commercially available from this vendor, as no other supplier can meet the technical specifications without extensive process development and lead time that would cause critical delays to ongoing projects. Alternative chemical formulations or solvent carriers are not technically acceptable, making this requirement uniquely dependent on the identified supplier. This notice is not a solicitation and no competitive quotes will be requested; however, any interested party may submit a written response demonstrating capability and willingness to fulfill the requirement by 10 AM PST on August 7, 2026, referencing solicitation number N6893626SIMACQD550000E5500000337. Responses must be emailed to Andrea M. Farrell at the designated Navy email address. All responding vendors must maintain an active registration in SAM.gov prior to submission, with due consideration given to the 10–15 day processing time for new or updated registrations, as award cannot proceed without an active SAM status. Additionally, contractors must be certified through the Defense Logistics Information Services to access Controlled Unclassified Information, requiring a designated Data Custodian listed on DD Form 2345, approved by the Defense Logistics Agency. Access to CUI is restricted to this single point of contact per CAGE code, and contractors are responsible for coordinating this certification before requesting information access.
