Guatemala - Services for Alliance with Private Sector

The U.S. Embassy in Guatemala is seeking a qualified public relations firm or professional individual to develop and implement a private-sector partnership strategy. The primary goal of this initiative is to support the dissemination of U.S. Government messaging regarding voluntary return and the CBP Home App. The selected contractor will be responsible for identifying, establishing, and managing strategic alliances with private-sector organizations, including chambers and business associations. Key deliverables include a management plan due by the end of the first month and a finalized partnership strategy with a prioritized partner list due by the end of the second month. The period of performance is one year from the date of award. Award will be made on an all-or-none basis to the lowest priced, technically acceptable proposal. To be considered, firms must have at least three years of experience operating in Guatemala and an account lead with fifteen years of experience in managing private-sector alliances. Individual professionals must possess fifteen years of experience in the field. Additionally, bidders must demonstrate prior experience with themes related to migration, illegal immigration, or reintegration and provide evidence of at least three successful cases of brokering private-sector alliances. Proposals must be submitted in English, include proof of SAM registration, and demonstrate a business presence in Guatemala. Payment will be processed via Electronic Funds Transfer with net 30-day terms.
