Vendor shall provide all labor, material, tools, and equipment necessary to execute this requirement for twelve (12) buildings totaling approximately 475,000 square feet. This service is to be conducted within 90 days of contract award. All interested responsible sources must submit a brief summary of their capabilities to this office by Noon Central on Tuesday, January 14, 2020 to include a detailed description of the firm s experience providing similar service at a facility comparable in size to the Milwaukee VAMC, ability to provide OSHA 10 training certificates, DUNS number, name and phone number of a point of contact in case further information is needed.
