Thomas, Kentucky. This action is 100 Percent (100%) set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small business concerns (38 U.S.C. 8127) Contractor must be registered in VetBiz.gov Vendor Information Pages. This procurement is being conducted under simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR part 15.
