HARRY S. TRUMAN DAM POWERHOUSE ELEVATOR REPLACEMENT WARSAW, MISSOURIHST Elevator Replacement - Design BuildThe purpose of this project is to demolish the existing electric traction service elevator at Truman Powerhouse in Warsaw, Missouri and provide and install a new electric traction service elevator, new circuits, and new controls. All equipment/materials provided by the contractor shall be new. The elevator shall be Class C1 with a load rating of 4,500 lbs. or higher. The site visit will be scheduled during Phase 2 of this solicitation.The Government requires performance of the work described in the Statement of Work (SOW), specifications, and drawings. The contract award amount (inclusive of all contract line items (CLINs)) shall not exceed $2,400,000.00 for this project. Offerors are under no obligation to approach this amount.
